This is my first try in editing a photo series, being strict in my selection and introduing a common topic throughout the images.

I bought a new camera in January 2023 for my upcoming trip to the US and visiting friends in Antalys gave me the first opportunity to spend quite some time taking pictures. In the end, I had 3 or 4 full days dedicated to photography and didn’t quite like the photos I made at first - especially compared to the ones from the US!

Only a year later, with some experience gained at a Volkshochschule Friendrichshain-Kreuzberg, I tried to compile a small series about everyday life in Antalya conveying a small touch of often present absurdity.
